My sons birthday was in March and he never received his birthday card. I paid for it and am not happy that we have not received anything. Wish I would have known I was wasting my money. He is a huge fan of Monster Jam and I thought the personalized card would have made him so happy, but apparently the company doesnt think it is important to keep their word. Definitely not happy with this Birthday Club scam!

My son has been a "member" of the birthday club for years and has never received anything including this year. The best we got this year was an email months ago with a coupon code that expired at the end of last year to buy things for his birthday in March. Bad product, bad customer service, bad all around.
